The Pledge <br /> of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES — February 5, 2025 <br /> Ms. Waygan edited wording on page four regarding size of the parking space. Mr. Tobin added <br /> to the ADU Bylaws on page 7 after minimum, "unless the primary dwelling is 800s.f. or less". <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Richardson made a motion to accept the meeting minutes from February 5, <br /> 2025 as amended. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.
