Hours of operation shall be no earlier than 7:00am, no later than 10:00pm. The Applicant would like to amend the hours of operation to be 6:00am— 11:59pm. This would be more of an exception like if he were to host an event. Ms. Waygan would like to add, under Findings, to condition the applicant's general operations from 7:00am to 10:00pm., but hours of operation will not be before 6:00am or later than 11:59pm. Construction will occur Monday through Friday 7:00am-7:00pm., Saturday 7:00am-4:30pm, and none on Sunday, unless there is a verifiable emergency. Submit revised Landscaping Plan to the Planning Board for review and approval after CCC review. All conditions of the Special Permit shall be binding. No occupancy or building permit shall be issued while there exists any substantial violation of conditions in the Special Permit, unless the Board shall approve by a favorable vote of 4 members. Any modifications or changes shall be approved by the Planning Board. Within 60 days of decision approval, the applicant shall provide a copy of its decision as recorded with the Registry of Deeds, including indication as to its book and page number.
