Parking lot design-fence post within 3 feet of paved surface, wastewater shed, and EV <br /> charging station. (Code may be outdated in reference to EV station, Building Commissioner). <br /> 6. Conditioned in final decision, it will come back to the Board <br /> after the Cape Cod Commission approval. <br /> Conditions: <br /> Applicant complies with all the conditions set forth in the Cape Cod Commission's DRI <br /> Decision. <br /> The Applicant shall coordinate with the Department of Public Works to require provisions of the <br /> DRI for traffic mitigations aside Town Hall. The DRI is flexible, it wouldn't make sense for the <br /> Applicant to contribute to an update if it were to change soon. <br /> The Applicant acknowledges the plans, and revised plans will be what this application is based <br /> upon. <br /> A Stormwater Operations and Management Plan runs with the land, whoever acquires the land <br /> next will be responsible for adhering to the Stormwater Management Plan <br /> Applicant shall conduct a soil suitability test and keep soil test logs, and provide them to the <br /> Planning Board and Health Department. This has been complied with. <br /> Applicant shall install false bottom pallets for storage of Al chemicals in the shed that protects <br /> stormwater management system. <br /> Applicant will finalize the MOU for overflow parking. <br /> Applicant shall remind patrons to not speed on that road. <br /> 6 <br />
