A total of $30,800 is requested to implement a house numbering program initiated in 1980. The funds would be used to update the original house numbering plan with all additional subdivisions of land since that time, convert the Assessors ' files to reflect the new numbers, and finally, to mail notices to 'all taxpayers to provide them with the new numbers. Article 42: To see if the Town will vote to increase the hours of the Administra- tive Clerk to the Board of Elections and Registration from 20 to 35 hours per -week with said position classified as Grade 4 of the Per- sonnel Administration Plan, Appendix A, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $9,623 to be apportioned to the following accounts in the amounts indicated - Elections and Registration Clerical Salary Account, $5,916; medical insurance account, $2, 293; life insurance account, $34; and pension reserve account, $1, 380, Motion to amend to read to see if the Town will vote to increase the hours of the Adm. Clerk to the Board of Elections and Registrations from 20 to 35 hours per week with said position classified as Grade 4 of' the Personnel Adm. This would change the position to full-time. The Town Clerk has ad- vised Selectmen that if this was approved the Town Clerk ' s office could remain open during the customary business hours of Town Hall .
