Article 69 : _�._I'T o see if the Town will vote to amend the town by-laws, Chapter 2, Article 2 . 6 Finance Committee, Section 2 . 6 . 2 Duties by inserting after the word "warrant" , the following, "and shall include their recommendations in the warrant" ; and further , by deleting the words "to the town . " at the end of the second sentence, and insert the' following, "and outline the financial status of the town prior to the business of a special or annual town meeting" ; or take any other action relating thereto. Section 2 . 6 . 2 would then read: The Finance Committee shall choose one of their number as Chairman and likewise choose a clerk .
