Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, April 15, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Ms. Costello said there are no buildings being proposed. Mr. Serber has no objection <br /> to notifying the abutters. <br /> Mr. Morris asked if any further comments. <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seabury mentioned that under the existing ZBA 1984 Special Permit, and there <br /> was a 1994 amendment to allow U-hauls, and there are no motorized vehicles <br /> allowed on this property. Only RV's and boats are allowed. There should not be any <br /> motorized vehicles because there would be people changing oil, etc. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that the area is cluttered, and needs to be cleaned up to allow <br /> for fire truck access. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mr. Morris asked if this application should be continued. <br /> Mr. Tobin would like to table this discussion until Town Counsel replies to the <br /> questions regarding the I-1 Zoning District requirements, the requested waivers, a <br /> formal hearing submittals for both the Zoning Board and Planning Board, revising <br /> the plans to include more precise storm water management of Industrial Drive, and <br /> to address questions with the property owners if they are improving the site for any <br /> storm water runoff. <br /> Mr. Tobin made a motion to continue this meeting until receiving the information <br /> from Town Counsel. <br /> Mr. McManus second. Mr. Morris took a roll call vote. <br /> Mr. Naas, yes, Mr. Seabury, yes, Mr. McManus, yes, Mr. Morris, yes, Ms. Laurent, <br /> yes, Mr. Peltier, yes, Mr. Collins, yes, Mr. Tobin, yes. All were in favor to continue <br /> the meeting until confirmation of requested concerns have been addressed and <br /> provided. <br /> s <br />
