Effie Purdy and student Melania Frye will be invited to our next meeting. <br /> Column <br /> Mr. Zefzaf commented on the article this month by Maryann Murphy regarding women's history <br /> and he highly recommends that everyone read it. <br /> Upcoming Contributions: Month of April- Hope Hanscom <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Brochure <br /> This subcommittee met several times and changes were made to the brochure. After several <br /> productive meetings they were put in contact with Kristina Frazier at the school, now there is a <br /> student who will be helping. <br /> Gail Wlson commented different resources were edited, added, and alphabetized by <br /> categories. There are grammatical errors needing to be corrected and Mr. Fand would <br /> appreciate electronic access to make those edits. <br /> It was commented that "Who We Are" at the top conflicts with the Who We Are project. After <br /> discussion, that will be removed, and text will be moved up. <br /> Logo <br /> The proposed new table covering was sent via email from Vice Chair Johnson-Graham. The <br /> design itself was approved, but there was a question regarding size and how the cloth would <br /> drape. Vice Chair commented it ties around the legs and back. The cost is $126. She is happy <br /> to provide more options for the Committee to review. <br /> Survey <br /> The survey was sent electronically to members. There were no comments received. It may <br /> need to go to the Town Manager for approval. <br /> Mr. Zefzaf suggested a comment section at the end for people to provide their input. <br /> Mr. Klein brought up bullying, and different instances around Town that this Committee was <br /> approached about. However, we as a committee can't do anything, our hands are tied. <br /> 2 <br />
