Bullet points were added, one regarding soliciting. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Beth Geatrakas made a motion to accept the amended Programming <br /> Policy. The Library Director <br /> would like the Trustees to review and provide comments for the next meeting, and a <br /> copy will be provided to Town Counsel and Town Manager for review. This item will <br /> be added to April's agenda. <br /> FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY LIASION REPORT <br /> There was a meeting on February 12th. The annual appeal produced $9,990, money <br /> will continue to trickle in throughout the year. The endowment account was <br /> discussed and is doing well. A member at large stepped down. The mini golf event <br /> will be held on April 24th during school vacation. They are in the process of planning <br /> a Holiday Home Tour for December. <br /> BYLAWS <br /> There was a comment to consider Trustee input to the agenda. The chair will check <br /> in before the agenda is submitted. The agenda and minutes should be sent 10 days <br /> in advance. Discussion on this will be continued and added to next meeting's <br /> agenda. The current bylaws in effect are from 2017. <br /> 3 <br />
