Motion made by Select Board Member Cotton Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and transfer the sum of $7,378,686 as follows: $4,024,923 from the Capital Stabilization Fund, $1,262,000 from the Ambulance Reserved Receipts for Appropriation Account, $106,000 from the Mashpee Cable and Advanced Technology Account, and $1,985,763 from Revenue Available for Appropriation, to various department Capital Accounts for the purposes and in the amounts as specified in the chart accompanying this article. Motion passes 226 to 17 at 8:01PM Article 4 To see if the Town will vote to rescind the following authorized but un-issued balances of bonds or notes approved under previous vote of Town Meeting, as specified, or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Town Treasurer Town Meeting Article # Balance Purpose May 1, 2023 10 $5,500,000 Phase IA Sewer Construction Explanation: This article is for the purpose of rescinding a loan or portion of loan authorized for a capital project. This will enable the Town Accountant to remove the un-issued balances.
