Other funding sources will be explored for gap funding during the first quarter, <br /> as the CPC won't kick in until the Town Meeting. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- They are updating the regional policy plan. There are <br /> proposed changes to the community activity center. Growth <br /> incentive zones where the developer engages in working <br /> with the town. In Yarmouth the motels on Rt. 28 were growth <br /> incentive zones that were pre-approved not requiring the <br /> DRI process, it enables you to set thresholds and mitigations <br /> for an entire area. Their boundary captured an area we had <br /> for open space. <br /> Charter Review Committee- No Meeting <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- Voted for the Barnstable County Shared Regional Housing <br /> Services <br /> Design Review- No Meeting <br /> Plan Review- 868 Falmouth Rd. Zone 11 solar moving forward with <br /> modification to ZBA Special Permit. Expand use ground <br /> mounted solar, will also appear before this Board for <br /> dimensional waivers with updated code, contingent on ZBA. <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- Providing update next meeting. <br /> Historic District Commission- Meeting Soon <br /> BOARD OFFICER REORGANIZATION <br /> Welcome to new member, Mike Milbury! <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to nominate Mary Waygan for Chair.
