of TMs s,s
z.
AU1MLIUVy
awn O MaS Yee Aannjag Board
c
16 Great Neck RoadNorth
-lashpee, -Massachusetts 02649
until she laid eyes on the road. She requested the bottom not be seeded, and to not loam or
seed the bottom of the second basin. The first basin was already in decent growth, Mr. Morin
did scrape it clean and seeded the bottom, with the first one growing fine.
Mr. Tobin would like to understand how not vegetating the basin would impact the town's
adoption of a road, when the basin in question is on the other side of the perpendicular street.
Ms. Waygan commented nothing has changed and seeding will need to be applied. When the
seed grows, Mr. Morin can come back. She is also concerned about the lingering pile of dirt
and no erosion control, as we face a nor'easter on the horizon.
Mr. Morin will tend to this matter in the morning.
Mr. Tobin inquired about the account that pays the Board Consulting Engineer for his attention
to this project. Typically, a 53G account is funded by the applicant. It was clarified that the
Board pays on this matter.
Ms. Waygan elaborated that the neighborhood came to the Planning Board with lingering
issues, at that time it was agreed Mr. Pesce would be authorized to help from their budget for
that neighborhood, as they were collectively here before the Board many times.
Mr. Tobin questioned the holdup of the $2,000, if it had been provided the funds released
equals $87,000, as the tripartite totals $89,000.
Mr. Morin's stance on the matter is the work was completed, with mixed messages along the
way of who to contact and the remaining work. He is requesting the Board's time for the
second meeting in June, to allow more time for grass and the Board to visit the site.
This item will be added to the agenda for June 18t"
NEW BUSINESS
None
CHAIR'S REPORT
Chair Waygan would like to cancel the July 2nd meeting.
MOTION:
Mr. Balzarini made a motion to cancel the Planning Board's meeting for July 2nd.
Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor.
TOWN PLANNER REPORT
7
