MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 14, 2025 <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Paul F. Hanley <br /> and Jean J. Hanley under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze <br /> and replace an existing single family residential structure with a new single <br /> family structure on property located in the Popponesset Overly District and R-3 <br /> Zoning District, Map 117, Parcel 306, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Special Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan -Prepared for Paul Hanley, Project: 42 Nick Trail, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Date: February 28, 2025, Prepared by: Cape & Islands Engineering, <br /> Stamped and signed by: Mark Dibb, No. 45937, and Jacob Fricke, No: <br /> 59305. <br /> 3.
