Mr. Goldstein was surprised that the <br /> Health Agent didn't comment on the cinema/media room. He doesn't believe it's <br /> a bedroom because it's rather large, but just wanted to make that comment. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for more comments. There were none. He asked for a motion <br /> to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush, so moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner, <br /> Marianne Bachynski under §174-17 and §174-33 (within 50 ft. of a wetland <br /> resource area) of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single family dwelling <br /> on property located in the New Seabury Special Permit Area, and the R-3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 105, Parcel 126, Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
