Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members Jonathan D. <br /> Furbush, Scott Goldstein, Sharon Sangeleer, and Associate Members, George <br /> Ganzenmuller, and Charles Reidy were present. Building Commissioner, David <br /> Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the <br /> hearings were being televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after <br /> each hearing. <br /> 7 Pine Avenue: Owners, David Baskin and Elina Goman, Trustees of the 265 <br /> Fells Pond Road Realty Trust request a Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the <br /> Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace an existing single-family dwelling with a new <br /> single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 123, <br /> Parcel 30, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from 3126125, at the request of the <br /> Attorney). <br /> Attorney Eric Brainsky, with Brainsky Levinson, LLC presented the application <br /> for 7 Pine Avenue. Also present was Mark Dibb with Cape and Islands <br /> Engineering, Doreve Nicholaeff, Architect, and Mr. Baskin, homeowner. At the <br /> last meeting on March 26, 2025, the application was continued at the request of <br /> the Board to allow more time to review the plans, and address the concerns of <br /> the abutters regarding drainage. The site plan was revised to add another dry <br /> well in the northwest corner of the property. The plans were approved by the <br /> Conservation Commission and the Board of Health. The architectural plans were <br /> also revised. <br /> Mr. Reidy read an abutter letter into the record dated May 9, 2025 from 22 Pine <br /> Avenue. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer read an abutter letter into the record dated April 4, 2025 from 294 <br /> Shore Drive. <br /> 1 <br />
