After he reviewed revised plans and technical responses, all
comments have been satisfactorily addressed.
Ms. Waygan acknowledged the signage on the sidewalk for the loading dock zone in the plan.
Eliza Cox is present on behalf of the applicant, alongside Matt Eddy from Baxter& Nye
Engineering, and Karen Johnson from Brand Street Properties. She is proposing two minor
tweaks as it relates to conditions.
1. Condition 2: The last sentence after applicable, "and said setback shall be 20ft." be
stricken. In the last modification, the Board waived 4.2 ft. and is asking the Board not
impose new larger setback for future flexibility purposes. The Board has okayed that item,
and Mr. Tobin would like for it to say 1 Oft. instead of 20ft.
2. Condition 4: It says at least 15 parking spaces in the immediate adjacent parking area shall
be reserved, and she would like to add for zoning calculation purposes, for this use. In the
future the town will look at zoning parking. The Board is fine with that as well.
Ms. Waygan stated the Plan Review Committee made four requests that Mr. Eddy explained.
Construction hours are located on page 6. A small conversation ensued about violations on the
weekend, all verifications will be done during business hours, that following Monday.
Mr. Hansen inquired about the grease trap and wastewater calculations, respectively 15 GPD and 20
GPD, per seat. The grease trap has a separate calculation for total expected flow and grease water has
separate plumbing where the grease can filter out before it ends up in the wastewater.
Mr. Hansen was seated on this matter.
MOTION:
2
