Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br /> BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br /> Project Reviews and Inspections <br /> An inspection update was provided via email to the Town Planner by Mr. Pesce on 6/18/25. <br /> Osprey Court is awaiting binder paving. Construction continues at 31 Ashumet Rd., drainage <br /> basins and rain gardens are complete, they are awaiting a planting schedule. The foundation <br /> work continues at Island Pickle. <br /> Approval of Engineer Invoices <br /> 474 Main St. / 31 Ashumet: Invoice #2025-2271- $3,925.78 <br /> MOTION: <br /> 1 <br />
