<br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />June 23,2025 <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Review and Execution of Inter-Municipal Agreement Between Town of Mashpee and <br />Mashpee Water District <br />Town Manager Collins reported to the Select Board that the standard terms and conditions <br />for the Water District have been approved and are now awaiting Select Board review and <br />approval. <br />Motion made by Selectman Richardson to approve the Inter-Municipal Agreement <br />Between Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Water District. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Weeden. <br />Vote: 4-0. Unanimous <br />Roll Call Vote <br />Selectwoman Wyman-Colombo-yes <br />Selectman Weeden-yes <br />Selectwoman Kelley-Wilson-yes Selectman Richardson- yes <br />Public Comment <br />Lynne Barbee shared concerns after discovering swimming restriction signage at Mashpee <br />Pond, noting that warning signs should be more visible and clearly posted. She also <br />expressed appreciation for DA Robert Galilbois update on drug use issues. She noted that <br />boxes of Narcan are now available at Town Hall and the Senior Center. <br />Richard Donovan thanked Town Manager Collins for the review of the policy and echoed <br />Selectman Weeden’s point that policies should be applied equally. He emphasized the <br />importance of considering First Amendment rights when developing any policy or <br />procedure in Mashpee. <br />Dan Kupferman expressed disappointment in the Select Board’s decision to deny a social <br />justice event. He noted that the events he attended remained peaceful and questioned the <br />use of "safety concerns" as justification for cancellation, emphasizing that being offended <br /> <br />
