Tobin presented the June 2025 <br />Housing Production Plan (HPP) and requested the board’s adoption. He provided a brief <br />overview of the timeline, noting the plan had been in development for about 1.5 years. The <br />draft went live on May 19th, launching a 30-day public comment period.
