Select Board <br />Minutes <br />May 19,2025 <br />The Select Board discussed the transition of the Regional Housing Program from ARPA funding <br />to a participant-funded model, with Mashpee’s annual share set at $9,235. Twelve of the fifteen <br />Cape towns are participating, and continued involvement is recommended for at least one year. <br />The program provides critical consultant support, including assistance with Mashpee’s Housing <br />Production Plan, as well as training and technical reviews for 40B projects. <br />COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Review of Applicants for one (1) Town-Appointed Tenant Member on the Mashpee Housing Authority <br />Mashpee Housing Authority Tenant Member: Lisa Meisinger was seeking reappointment <br />(after serving 8 years, resident for 12, dedicated community volunteer) Evan Jeremiah <br />Braun was not in attendance. <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to reappoint Lisa Meisinger as Mashpee Housing Authority Tenant <br />Member <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson. <br />Vote:5-0.
