As per commission feedback and comments from the previous hearing <br /> Proposed seasonal dock length of 56 linear ft <br /> Comment letter from NHESP is a “no take” of the rare species determination <br /> All dock details provided, including through-flow decking <br /> Dock details meet applicable performance standards under Regulation 27 <br /> Recommendation: <br />o Close and issue with the following condition: <br /> Submission of a signed 3-year mitigation monitoring and maintenance <br />contract between the property owner and a qualified/professional <br />(horticulturalist, wetland consultant, or restoration ecologist) <br /> <br /> <br /> Board of Health: If increase in flow, then new septic construction must meet full <br />compliance with BOH I/A septic systems regulation.
