Mr. Ganzenmuller <br /> second. Mr. Blaisdell abstained. Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Goldstein, yes, Mr. Bonvie, <br /> yes, and Ms. Sangeleer yes. <br /> ➢ Reorganize Board appointments. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell nominated Mr. Bonvie as Chair. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush nominated Sharon as Vice Chair. Mr. Goldstein second. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie nominated Mr. Blaisdell as Clerk. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All <br /> were in favor.
