MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 11, 2025 <br /> 45 Hooppole Road: Owner, Carlos Hanzi requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1 <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family residential structure with a <br /> new single-family residential structure on property located in an R-5 Zoning District, <br /> and Groundwater Protection District, Map 64, Parcel 19, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller read the request for continuance from Attorney, Kevin Klauer <br /> dated June 11, 2025 into the record. <br /> Mr. Morris stated that the project requires a meeting with Conservation and he has <br /> not signed the Form 2 as part of that application. He is not sure if there is a <br /> nonconformity, but would reserve his hearing for August 13, 2025 with the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked why it was not submitted to Conservation. Mr. Morris was not sure <br /> but it may or may not require zoning. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer mentioned that this might require approval from the State for <br /> endangered species. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion to accept the request for extension.
