MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 9, 2025 <br /> There were no comments from the audience, and no more comments from the <br /> Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush so <br /> moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that if Conservation approves an amended plan <br /> regarding the lawn area of the property, a copy of that said plan will be <br /> submitted to the Zoning Board Secretary for the Chair to sign. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell repeated that comment to Mr. Reidy. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding for 23 Cross <br /> Tree Way with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan -Prepared for Susan Brady, 23 Cross Tree Way, Mashpee, MA, <br /> Sheet 1 of 1, Date: March 31, 2025, Prepared by: Cape 8v Islands <br /> Engineering, Stamped and signed by: John McElwee, Registered Land <br /> Surveyor, No.: 33602, and Raul Lizardi-Rivera, Civil Eng. No.: 46845. <br /> 3. Building Plans - Prepared for Brady Residence, 23 Cross Tree Way, <br /> Mashpee, MA. Date: 03.15.25. Sheet 1: First Floor Plan 8v Front Elevation, <br /> Sheet 2: Second Floor Plan & Right Side Elevation, Sheet 3: Left &. Rear <br /> Elevations, Sheet 4: Foundation Plan, Building Section 8s Details. Prepared <br /> by ArchiPlicity, LLC. <br /> 4.
