MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 23, 2025 <br /> ➢ Vote to accept peer review cost estimate from Pesce Engineering for <br /> 868 Falmouth Rd. Ground Mounted Solar Project. <br /> 868 Falmouth Road Ground Mounted Solar Project. <br /> The Board had a discussion and was noted that Pesce Engineering agreed to <br /> review the plans and provide peer review services for the solar project. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board accept Pesce Engineering's cost <br /> estimate, with a check for $10,000 being held in escrow by the Town to pay for <br /> any services and inspections required. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> Approve the meeting minutes dated Wednesday, July 9, 2025. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion that the Board accept the July 9, 2025 meeting <br /> minutes. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Ganzenmuller second. All were in <br /> favor.
