Anna Warner did not have that <br /> <br /> Information available. Mr. Cook asked about the variance request to Board of Health and why the <br /> <br /> <br /> variance was requested. Anna Warner stated there were grading and cost concerns. Additional <br /> <br /> discussion ensued about septic upgrades as RDAs vs a NOI and consistency of filing <br /> <br /> <br /> recommendations and requirements Mr. Sahl motioned for a negative determination. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Thornbrugh seconded the motion and stated it was for the purposes of discussion. Mr. <br /> <br /> <br /> Cook stated that he believed an increase in groundwater separation and implementation of <br /> <br /> drywells for roof runoff capture would help reduce impacts of N loading into groundwater and <br /> <br />th <br /> that discussion on this permitting question of RDA vs NOI be addressed more at the August 28 <br /> <br /> quarterly meeting. Additional discussion ensued. Agent McManus recommended a continuance. <br /> <br /> <br /> Anna Warner requested a continuance to 8/21/25. Motion and second still on the table for <br /> <br /> Negative Determination. Mr. Cook stated there were no conditions on the motion. Proposed I/A septic system upgrade. <br /> <br />RDA (Representative: Engineering Works Inc.) <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOURCE AREAS: LSCSF (AE zone El 12) and outer buffer zone to BVW (145-150 ft) <br /> <br /> Anna Warner from Engineering Works described the proposal to upgrade an existing failed <br /> <br /> <br /> septic system to a IA system. Mrs. Thornbrugh asked if system was failed & inquired about <br /> <br /> variance request to BOH (Board of Health). Anna Warner clarified that the variance is asking for 2 <br /> <br /> <br /> feet of separation to groundwater from bottom of SAS. Mr. Cook commented that this <br /> <br /> application is similar to previous application. Mr. Colombo stated he had no comments. No <br /> <br /> <br /> comments from Agents. Mr. Sahl motioned for a negative determination. Mr. Colombo <br /> <br /> seconded the motion and stated it was for discussion purposes only. Discussion ensued. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mr. Colombo stated this application has the same issues associated with the previous <br /> <br /> hearing (RDA filing concerns, separation to groundwater variance, etc).
