Lenny Goldman, Fire Department <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 8:45 am Project Address: 11 Commercial Street <br /> Business name: Chipotle Restaurant <br /> Owner/Agent: Brand Street Properties <br /> Architect/Engineer: Baxter Nye Engineering <br /> Project: This is a request for the Building G pad site of South Cape Village <br /> (SCV).SCV was approved for l60,000 sf of commercial space undera Planning <br /> Board Special Permit in 5/2/2001. Bldg. G is a proposed restaurant with 44 <br /> seats, 2,396 sq. ft. <br /> Attorney Eliza Cox represented the applicant.Also presentwas Karen Johnson, Managerof <br /> South Cape Village Shopping Center, John LaValle with Baxter Nye Engineering,and Tom <br /> Scott, Architect. The area is a 25-acre property that has several permits underthe existing <br /> Planning Board Special Permit that was authorized in 2001 and is still valid. There are <br /> currentlyseven buildings known as A through H, and the building that is missing is Building <br /> G. <br /> The pad area that will be developed is located at the corner of Rte. 28 and Charles St. The <br /> pad area was originally permitted for a 10,000 sq. ft. building, and overthe years the property <br /> owner decided to decrease the pad size. In 2017, it was permitted for the Home Goods <br /> business to be 5,996 sq. ft., and in Sept. of 2021 to again shrink the size of the area to 4,860 <br /> sq. ft. for two tenants but it was never constructed. This application will include a modification <br /> from the Planning Board scheduled for May 21, 2025. <br /> 1 <br />
