He suggested that dog wood or cherrytrees, or ornamentals can <br /> replace the pear trees. <br /> Ms. Cox said that the Design Review Committee commented the same about the pear trees. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion. <br /> Mr. Tobin motioned to approve the outdoor dining accessory space. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a second. <br /> Discussion <br /> Mr. Seabury mentioned that he prefers to allow only six seats at the outdoor seating area. <br /> The proposal is for 44 seats total, and there's 38 seats inside. He is concerned for the flow <br /> calculation. <br /> Mr. Seabury made a motion to recommend approval of the outdoor patio seating, not to <br /> exceed 44 seats. It could be 36 seats inside, and two more seats outside. <br /> Ms. Johnson agreed with that idea. <br /> Mr. McManus second. All approved. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion for the overall building, and recommend the application be <br /> forwarded to the Planning Board fora Modification of the existing Special Permit. <br /> Mr. McManus made a motion to recommend the application to the Planning Board for a <br /> Special Permit modification with conditions; <br /> • DPW Director Comments be taken into consideration regarding a sediment control <br /> plan. <br /> • The pear trees be removed and replaced with alternative native species. <br /> • A sleeve be installed for the grease trap, and reviewed during the permitting process. <br /> • A Knox Box be installed on the building, Fire Department accessibility to the <br /> utility/sprinkler room, and fire alarm testing is required. <br /> 4 <br />
