Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, May 6, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br /> Mr. Tobin mentioned that this proposal does require a Special Permit modification with the <br /> Planning Board. Hewantedto confirmthatthe Committee will be voting on the outdoorpatio. <br /> He wanted to confirmthe style of the cedar shakes for the siding to make sure it wasn'tthe <br /> jagged style. He asked if there was a plan available for the entire property, and the title <br /> information. He wanted to confirm the setbacks of the site. <br /> Ms. Cox said she will have Matt Eddy provide a plan that has the approved setback <br /> information of the entire property priorto the Planning Board meeting. <br /> Mr. Tobin asked where the grease trap will be located. Mr. LaValle said at the corner of the <br /> building. The kitchen line will come from the grease trap, and tie into the sewer. <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> Mr. Seabury noticed that the plan for the grease trap shows 5 ft. to the water line. He said <br /> that the grease trap should be 10 ft. to a pressurized water line. <br /> Mr. LaValle said that he will install a sleeve forthe sewer lines,and/or poly wrap the waterline. <br /> Mr. Seabury asked how the water runoff will flow away from the parking area, and the <br /> dumpster area. Mr. LaValle said that there is a catch basin at the dumpster, and will tie into <br /> the existing drainage system; they will install a 12" CPT connector. Mr. Seabury said there <br /> should be no water buildup in that corner. <br /> Mr. Seabury asked if an 8" curb at the outdoor dining area able to stop a vehicle. Mr. LaValle <br /> said; "typically yes". <br /> Lt. Lenny Goldman, Fire Department <br /> Mr. Goldman noticed on the plan that there is a fire connection on the South Street side of <br /> the building. He asked if there is fire lane access. He said a Knox box will be required on the <br /> building and he will need access to the utility/sprinkler room. He asked if there will be a <br /> sprinklersystem installed.Mr. Morris said the building is under3,000 sq. ft. Mr. Goldman said <br /> fire alarm testing will be required. <br /> Mr. LaValle said that the cross walk is striped. Mr. LaValle said that emergency vehicles can <br /> be right up to the fence of the dumpster. <br /> 3 <br />
