Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Design Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, May 6, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Chipotle Restaurantwill have 61 spaces in the parking lot area, and 7 on-street spaces which <br /> meets the overall site requirements. <br /> Ms. Faulknerasked aboutthe landscaped trees along Rte. 28 and Charles Street especially <br /> on the corner of Charles Street that is an area of concern of the site line for vehicles. <br /> Ms. Szarlan mentioned thatthe peartrees are on the Massachusetts Invasive Species List. <br /> Mr. Morris asked about the signage. Ms. Johnson said thatthere will only be signage on the <br /> frontand side of the building. There is no laddersign. <br /> Mr. Furbush asked about the colors of the building. <br /> Mr. Scott explained the building design.There will be cedar shakes for the siding, and a brick <br /> knee wall installed as some of the other buildings on the property. The store front will be a <br /> gray tone which is the Chipotle standard. <br /> Ms. Furbush made a motion to accept the application for Chipotle as presented with the <br /> exception of the Landscape plan. Ms. Szarlan seconded. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to accept the meeting minutes dated April 15, 2025. Mr. Morris <br /> second, Ms. Szarlan, yes, Ms. Faulkner abstained. <br /> Mr. Morris asked fora motion to adjourn. Ms. Szarlan, so moved.
