Collins, Town Manager <br /> Brian Tobin, Town Planner <br /> Zack Seabury, Health Agent <br /> CONTINUED HEARING <br /> 9:00 am Proiect Address: 868 Falmouth Road <br /> Engineer: Melinda Costello with Weston & Sampson <br /> Agent: Dan Serber, NextGrid <br /> Proieet: Five (5) Carport Canopies proposed behind existing storage <br /> facility total footprint 53,431 sq. ft. No new buildings proposed. <br /> At the last meeting on April 15, 2025 there were some outstanding items that needed <br /> to be addressed and are noted in the letter submitted to the Committee dated May <br /> 9, 2025 from Weston 8v Sampson. The Health Agent provided the as-built septic <br /> system design plans, and all of the proposed electric components have been moved <br /> to a different location to avoid conflict with the septic system. An inspection was <br /> done regarding the low lined depression at the front of the site area, and there is no <br /> vernal pool. The foundation location of the carport analysis was performed, and the <br /> Storm Water Report was submitted. <br /> A glare analysis of ten observation points was performed for the residential houses <br /> at the south end of the parcel, and confirmed there are no glare impacts associated <br /> with the project. There is also a decommission plan submitted in the revised package <br /> and plans. <br />
