Minutes of Meeting <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, May 20, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. Tobin made a motion that the Committee recommend this project to the Zoning <br /> Board for a modification to the existing Special Permit. Also the adjustments <br /> requested by the Fire Chief that include the fire department improvements to the <br /> lot, and fire apparatus access, a Knox Box installed, a fire suppression installed, <br /> and clearly labeled fire lanes as indicated. Also, a list of waiver requests submitted <br /> to the Planning Board at their next available meeting, and peer review by the Town <br /> Engineer that includes the O&M and Storm Water Management Reports. <br /> Mr. McManus second. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a roll call vote. Mr. Collins, yes, Mr. Peltier, yes, Mr. Tobin, yes, <br /> Mr. Morris, yes, Mr. Seabury, yes, Ms. Laurent, yes. All were in favor to recommend <br /> the solar project. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to approve the meeting minutes dated May 6, 2025. <br /> Mr. McManus made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Seabury second, <br /> Mr. Morris, yes, and Mr. Tobin, yes. Mr. Collins and Ms. Laurent abstained. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to adjourn unless there are other topics to discuss. <br /> Mr. Peltier introduced Brenden Ramsey, Deputy Fire Chief. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to adjourn.
