Minutes of Meeting of <br /> Plan Review Committee <br /> Tuesday, June 3, 2025 <br /> Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> Mr. Tobin said he would like to be move this forward, but would like a copy of that ANR. <br /> David Morris, Building Commissioner <br /> Mr. Morris asked that the Committee members to send him an email with theirconcems <br /> so they can be presented to the CCC. <br /> Mr. Bogosian has an in-house Attorney he can work with to get these issues resolved. <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion. <br /> Mr. Morris made a motion that the Committee submit their comments to the Chair by the <br /> end of the week to present to CCC. Mr. Tobin, so moved. Mr. Seabury second. <br /> Mr. Morris took a roll call vote. Ms. Laurent,yes, Mr. McManus, yes, Mr. Peltier, yes, Mr. <br /> Tobin, yes, Mr. Seabury, yes. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Approve minutes dated May 20, 2025 <br /> Mr. Morris asked for a motion to approve the meeting minutes dated May 20, 2025. <br /> Mr. Seabury made a motion to approve the minutes. Mr. Morris second.All were in favor. <br /> OTHER DISCUSSION <br /> Mr. Peltier mentioned that 100 Great Neck Rd. North submitted a building permit for solar. <br /> Mr. Morris checked with the tax office. Mr. Tobin mentioned the property is for sale. <br /> Mr. McManus made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Mr. Peltier, second. All were in <br /> favor.
