MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 13, 2025 <br /> The Board also mentioned that an ANR plan is involved which requires approval <br /> by the Planning Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie wants to hear from Mr. Pesce before making a decision to move <br /> forward. <br /> Mr. Bonvie had a lengthy discussion with the applicant +regarding the <br /> decommissioning plan. <br /> The Board would like to continue the hearing based on the comments submitted <br /> by Pesce Engineering. <br /> Mr. Patterson will provide the figures by the next meeting for the <br /> decommissioning plan, and to allow time for Pesce Engineering to respond <br /> further. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked the applicant if he would like to continue the meeting until <br /> Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Mr. Patterson agreed. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Mr. Furbush so moved. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Bonvie will work with the applicants regarding decommissioning and Pesce <br /> Engineering comments. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> ➢ Interview, discussion, and recommendation with Michael P. Morizio, Jr. <br /> for Zoning Board appointment. <br /> The Board interviewed Mr. Morizio and strongly recommended. The Board will <br /> complete their evaluation forms for recommendation to the Select Board at their <br /> next available meeting. <br /> ➢ Approve the meeting minutes dated Wednesday, July 23, 2025. <br /> 12 <br />
