APPOINTMENTS AND MEMBERSHIP <br /> 1. Paula Peters resignation tendered at last month's meeting. <br /> a) Motion to accept Ms. Peters resignation <br /> A Motion was made and seconded to accept <br /> Ms. Peters'resignation. The Vote <br /> was unanimous. The Chair will request that <br /> the position be posted. <br /> b) A Vote on a Vice Chair replacement will be <br /> scheduled for the next meeting when <br /> all Members are present. <br /> COMMUNICATIONS & CORRESPONDENCE <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. 2025 Housing Production Plan: approved by the Executive Office of Housing and <br /> Livable Communities (EOHLC) on July 9, 2025. A general satisfaction was <br /> expressed and the Plan is seen as a positive step forward for the Committee <br /> 2. 14 Jobs Fishing Road proposed project update. There was no substantive discussion, <br /> the project is acknowledged as ongoing. <br /> 3. Affordable Housing Committee membership on the Affordable Housing Trust update. <br /> Mr. Tutor said it is anticipated that Mr. Sparkes will assume this position, which will <br /> be confirmed at the next meeting <br /> 4. Suggested links by Mr. Tutor as Affordable Housing resource information. No <br /> updates, will be further addressed over the next month. <br /> 5. Place holders for future meetings <br /> a) Map of town sewered areas. Partial information received, awaiting further detail. <br /> b) List of potential affordable housing projects. Still pending, tabled to the next <br /> meeting. <br /> c) Possible use of Al in affordable housing development opportunities. Tabled until <br /> the next meeting. <br /> d) Green Center urine diversion technology as septic alternative—pilot in Falmouth. <br /> The pilot program is currently only available to Falmouth residents. Mr. Tudor is in <br /> communication with the program coordinator (Brian) and is on the notification list for <br /> updates if the scope expands. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. 33 Great Neck Road South—Ron Bonvie, to discuss a prospective affordable housing <br /> project. Mr. Bonvie explained that this parcel is the former Clark Gildae law offices <br /> which has been vacant for years. The location is central, "virtually downtown" and <br /> near shopping and amenities. He considers it a good candidate for a 40B affordable <br /> housing project. The project is in the early stages; beginning design, application <br /> preparation, seeking financing, which is required for a commitment letter. The <br /> application process is expected to take several months. His early estimate is 20-30 <br />
