Seconded by Mr. Millbury. All in favor. <br /> TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br /> Island Pickle is fully framed. There is a soft launch scheduled for November. <br /> Mr. Tobin would like comments for the Harbor Management Plan by August 8tn <br /> Mr. Hansen commented years back large cruising boats would be in Mashpee Wakeby <br /> cleaning the salt water out of their boats. <br /> Mr. Oakley stated flushing stations would be beneficial, along with signage, and ultimately a <br /> fine. <br /> Registration for One Cape has opened for the September summit. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- They gathered opinions from the Regional Policy, a <br /> lot of discussion about availability of affordable <br /> housing, the new bridges and there being no plans for <br /> a bike/pedestrian path, and open space and water <br /> quality issues. They will proceed with gathering public <br /> information as the comment period extended another <br /> 30 days. <br /> Charter Review Committee- Met Monday, the Committee was almost dissolved. <br /> She fought to keep it open, as the survey results were <br /> still being worked on. Monday, August 18th at 6:OOPM <br /> is the next meeting. There was a request for Tribal <br /> representation on all committees. Two Articles were <br /> sent to the Select Board for inclusion on October <br /> Town Meeting and the ballot in May. The <br /> Proclamation to the Charter weaves in unique history <br /> from the Tribe. It is now mandatory that agendas are <br /> on the website. There will be more inclusive language <br /> as well as the name change of Select Board across <br /> the entire Charter. <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- Meeting in two weeks. <br /> Design Review- No Meeting <br /> Plan Review- No Meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- Met a few weeks ago, updates provided on <br /> restoration projects, Mashpee River, Quashnet River <br /> 10 <br />
