The Pledge <br /> of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES-August 6, 2025 <br /> The Town Planner provided edits specifying the Special Permit history and other minor <br /> clarifications. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from August 6, 2025 <br /> as amended. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING -6:40PM <br /> To review the following zoning articles for action at the October 20, 2025 Town Meeting: <br /> - Warrant Article 6 (Formerly Article 7): To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 174- <br /> 24 (c)(9)(g): Special Permit use of the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw. <br /> Mr. Tobin noted under modifications to the Special Permit, this section's change specifically <br /> only affects cluster subdivisions or multifamily with prior zoning in place. A modified Special <br /> Permit is technically a new Special Permit. <br /> Ms. Faulkner stated this is due to Willowbend. Now, they must utilize the current zoning <br /> bylaw, as opposed to using zoning at the time of the original Special Permit. <br /> 1 <br />
