MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department <br /> review in reference to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior <br /> to the application of a building permit. <br /> 7. The Board finds under §174-17.1 that the proposed project as submitted <br /> is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the <br /> existing conditions prior to removal of the existing structure, and that <br /> there is adequate land area on the subject lot to provide sufficient parking, <br /> and there are no new nonconformities being created. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Approve August 13, 2025 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Mr. Furbush <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate <br /> would be discussed.) <br /> Mr. Bonvie informed the Board he is researching peer review engineers. He <br /> provided the Board with an informational letter from Beals and Thomas dated <br /> 2024. <br /> Mr. Bonvie also informed the Board that he has discussed solar <br /> decommissioning requirements with NextGrid. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Furbush second.
