Request for Certificate of Compliance for 43-
43-1429 1429
• 87 Bayshore Drive - The first, DEP #43-1538, involved a project related to vista pruning. Mr.
Kent confirmed that no vista pruning had occurred and that the bank appeared untouched.
MOTION: To close and issue a Certificate of Compliance for 87
Bayshore Drive, DEP #43-1538.
Motion by: Sarah Thornbrugh Seconded by: Paul Colombo
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steve Cook, Sarah Thornbrugh, Sandi Godfrey, Paul Colobo)
• 87 Bayshore Drive - The second, DEP #43-1429, related to the 1995 construction of the existing
house following the demolition of the original dwelling. Mr. Kent explained that the inspection
revealed a discrepancy between the as-built plan and the original plan of record, involving a small
wooden retaining wall not previously captured. Elevation contours suggest the feature had existed
since the time of construction, but it was not reflected on the original plan. Mr. Miccile confirmed
that an updated as-built survey, stamped by himself and a professional land surveyor, was
submitted with the septic filing. Commissioners discussed the history of the Seabrook
development and expressed mild surprise that a replacement house was built as early as 1995,but
concluded there were no issues of concern.
MOTION: To close and issue a Certificate of Compliance for 87
Bayshore Drive, DEP #43-1429.
Motion bv: Sandi Godfrey Seconded by: Paul Colombo
Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote.
(Steve Cook, Sarah Thornbrugh, Sandi Godfrey, Paul Colombo)
Page 17
