The applicants asked to continue the hearing <br /> to October 23, 2025, to revise their plans. The Commission acknowledged the repeated <br /> requests but granted the continuance. <br /> • This was the third request for a continuance. Commissioners noted that the applicants <br /> had not provided a clear explanation for the latest request beyond indicating that they <br /> wished to have both of their filings heard on the same night.Members expressed concern <br /> that repeated continuances might no longer be acceptable, particularly given the <br /> regulatory requirement that after three continuances the Commission may exercise <br /> discretion to restart the application process.
