Proposed stairs, fixed pier, ramp, <br /> and floats for Daniels Island Road. (Representative: Down Cape Engineering, Inc.) <br /> (cont. 6.26 /7.24/ 8.21) 43- <br /> 3348 <br /> • Danny Gonsalves, Engineer with Down Cape Engineering, Inc. explained that although his clients <br /> had requested a continuance. They had directed them to appear because the project had already <br /> reached the limit of allowable continuances. He noted that one delay was due to improper <br /> notification of abutters. <br /> • Mr. Colombo asked about details regarding the berthing of boats,propulsion units, and compliance <br /> with Regulation 3, Section 9,Item 1. Mr. Gonsalves replied that the applicants were consulting with <br /> the harbormaster and expected to provide information by the next hearing. Other commissioners, <br /> including Mr. Sahl, agreed that the harbormaster's input would be valuable. Assistant Conservation <br /> Agent,Daniel Kent,reminded Mr. Gonsalves that any revisions must be submitted by the Thursday <br /> before the hearing. <br /> MOTION: To accept continuance of Hearing to October 23, 2025. <br /> Motion by: Richard Sahl Seconded by: Sandi Godfrey <br /> Vote: Motion passed by unanimous vote. <br /> (Steven Cook, Sandi Godfrey, Paul Colombo, Richard Sahl) <br />
