The plan is to identify and develop goals to present to the public for discussion. <br /> The working group members are: Karen Faulkner, Mike Richardson, Glenn McCarthy, Bob <br /> Orsey, and Steve Cook. They will track attendance and speak with residents of other <br /> neighborhoods experiencing these issues. <br /> Phase V of New Seabury draft plans have been submitted through ZBA special permit. The <br /> subdivision proposal is for 5 lots with five single family units. Some adjustments will be made <br /> before coming before this Board. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Cape Cod Commission- The technical bulletins are being released on ocean <br /> resources, there are 15 sections available for viewing online. <br /> There is a virtual meeting tomorrow about the specialty <br /> marketplace in Mashpee and traffic concerns. Continue <br /> submitting comments. <br /> Charter Review Committee- Meeting in a week, the work continues. <br /> Community Preservation <br /> Committee- Annual report distributed provides a synopsis of all things the <br /> CPC does in Town, along with two fiscal years of data. <br /> Design Review- No Meeting <br /> Plan Review- No Meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight <br /> Committee- Met on September 11t", strategic plan update continues. The <br /> Poppy channel dredging is starting, and equipment is <br /> scheduled to be on site.
