Mary Waygan abstained. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Osprey Court Partial Release <br /> Ms. Waygan commented this will be continued until the October 15t" meeting, there is a letter in <br /> the packet. <br /> Ockway Highlands Tripartite Agreement Request for Release <br /> Mr. Tobin noted historically, the only thing that has been holding this up were the swales on the <br /> corner of Carriage Road and Degrass Road. A vote back in July 2024 proves this to be the <br /> only issue preventing release. <br /> Mr. Balzarini performed a site visit and observed grass growth is fine. Last evening, he saw the <br /> dirt pilings being removed.
