Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> Country Club Estates <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Oakley made a motion to approve the payment of invoice #2025-2322 in the <br /> amount of $2,702.66 for construction inspection services. Seconded by Mr. <br /> Balzarini. All in favor. <br /> 474 Main Street & 31 Ashumet Road <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the payment of invoice #2025-2323 in the <br /> amount of $925.30 for construction inspection services. Seconded by Mr. Milbury. <br /> All in favor. Mary Waygan abstained. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Osprey Court Partial Release <br /> Ms. Waygan commented this will be continued until the October 15t" meeting, there is a letter in <br /> the packet. <br /> Ockway Highlands Tripartite Agreement Request for Release <br /> Mr. Tobin noted historically, the only thing that has been holding this up were the swales on the <br /> corner of Carriage Road and Degrass Road. A vote back in July 2024 proves this to be the <br /> only issue preventing release. <br /> Mr. Balzarini performed a site visit and observed grass growth is fine. Last evening, he saw the <br /> dirt pilings being removed. He would like to sign off on this. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to execute the release of the Tripartite Agreement. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Bracken Engineering, Inc Special Permit Modification Request for 474 Main Street& 31 <br /> Ashumet Rd. <br /> There is a letter in the packet noting the continuation of this to the October 15t" meeting. <br /> 5 <br />
