Seconded by Mary LeClair. All in favor. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Ann Macdonald — Yes Ruth Nickerson — Yes <br /> Sandi Lahart — Yes Beth Geatrakas — Yes <br /> Mary LeClair — Yes Kate Milde — Yes <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> None. <br /> LIBRARY DIRECTORS REPORT <br /> Building and Grounds <br /> The DPW flooring budget will cover the Children's Room and the stairs in the <br /> Program Room. Other areas requiring replacement were identified. The Children's <br /> Room will be completed this year, between the last week of November and the first <br /> week of December. Work submitted now will be at the top of the DPW's operational <br /> budget for next year. Carpet samples were viewed, and final selections will be made <br /> over the next two weeks. <br /> 1 <br />
