(CDC) <br /> Greg Crowley, Cavossa Disposal Corp. <br /> Jenn Bayuk, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Bryan Barrows, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Lee Kosa, Weston & Sampson <br /> Ken Ch itlin, Observer <br /> John Carroll, Observer <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A motion was made by Peter McConarty and seconded by Peal Tilton to approve the minutes <br /> from the August 25, 2025 meeting. Approved 3-0. <br /> BUSINESS <br /> The Board of Managers reviewed the RFP. <br /> • The 102nd intelligence Wing was confirmed as the JRCC contact for the property, <br /> • The Evaluation Criteria for "Compatibility with Current Permitted Uses" and "Traffic <br /> Control" were discussed. The Board is receptive to other uses such as sludge handling. <br /> How to evaluate impacts of additional permitting and changes to local and regional <br /> traffic needs to be better described. <br /> • Responsibility for road repairs still needs to be clarified. CDC has been maintaining the <br /> road for several years per request from 12nde <br /> • Catherine Laurent will forward DCAMM comments to Lee Kosa as well as information <br /> for rail spur maintenance. <br /> • Board Members reviewed Appendices E & F@ they need to be updated. <br />
