• Peter McConarty stated that the Falmouth 'Town Council will review the dispute clauses <br /> and also the sample agreement. <br /> • Tim Gordon noted that a Master Planning Process for the JRCC property will be starting <br /> within the next few months. The RFP should include a reference to this process. <br /> • The Board Members confirmed that the lease payments are monthly. <br /> • Lee Kosa will reach out the base Fire Department on their concerns and to clarify <br /> recommendations. <br /> The Board discussed whether to have an overall inspection of the facility completed. There are <br /> known issues to the roof and the electrical. The Board agreed to move forward with structural <br /> and electrical inspections.
