Select Board <br />October 6, 2025 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Cotton recommended including financial assistance details in future sewer connection <br />letters sent to residents, as this could proactively answer many common questions. The <br />Select Board agreed and emphasized the importance of repeating and reinforcing this <br />information to ensure residents are fully informed of available resources. <br />TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br />Assistant Town Manager Wayne Taylor distributed materials related to a luxury real <br />estate transfer fee. <br />Town Manger Rodney Collins shared an update on the status of the Joint Base Cape <br />Cod (JBCC) proposal and noted that more information will be passed along as it <br />becomes available. <br />Regarding a request for the September 15 Executive Session meeting minutes, the <br />Board was reminded that public bodies are required to release executive session <br />minutes when the reason for confidentiality no longer exists.
