(CDC) <br /> Greg Crowley, Cavossa Disposal Corp. <br /> Jenn Rayuk, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Bryan Barrows, Barrows Waste Systems <br /> Lee Kaska, Weston &Sampson <br /> Giang Shen, Weston &Sampson <br /> Ken Cheitlin® Karen Wilson, Alice Howe ® Friends of Bourne Rail Trail <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9.03 am. <br /> APPROVAL F MINUTES <br /> A motion was made by Paul Wilton and seconded by Peter McConarty to approve the minutes from the <br /> October 6, 2025 meeting. Approved 3-0. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Update on Structural and Electrical Ins ection <br /> Lee Kaska shared that Weston&Sampson completed an assessment investigation on Tuesday, <br /> 10/21/2025. He stated that from an electrical perspective,everything looked good.The panel seems to <br /> have been newly upgraded. No issues identified as part of the electrical on the structural assessment <br /> piece. However, Lee did express that they do have some concerns about the condition of the roof. <br /> a. Electrical Assessment <br /> • Assessment conducted on October 21, 2025. <br /> • Electrical systems and panels are newly upgraded, and no issues were identified. <br />
