Other RFP Discussions <br /> • Falmouth Council legal language added and finalized. <br /> • Rail spur maintenance: No current agreement for maintenance exists. Maintenance language <br /> has been removed from RFP pending new agreements. <br /> • Provisions discussed for alternate site uses in RFP;current language considered sufficient, <br /> flexible for"other uses." <br /> • Detailed page-by-page review. Minor wording changes for clarity and for evaluation criteria <br /> (experience window, references,traffic plan,etc.). <br /> • General consensus to maintain much of the current language, provided pending report and <br /> subsequent addenda are made part of submission package for bidders. <br /> c. Maintenance Responsibilities <br /> • Operator has consistently made repairs (roofing,doors, purlins),claims to return the facility in <br /> better shape than received, but full roof replacement was always excluded from their contract. <br /> • Issue of maintenance for access road (Kittridge Road from UC TS to Simpkins Road)clarified as <br /> operator's responsibility, including snow removal. <br /> Public Comment <br /> • Questions from public regarding access to photos and responsibility for repairs—photos to be <br /> made public when available; responsibility to be settled between board and operator. <br /> • Questions about weather-related risk to structure(heavy rain,wind load) answered—primary <br /> concern is snow load. <br /> • Friends of the Bourne Rail Trail expressed interest in responding to RFP(letter sent October <br /> 17th). <br /> Upcoming Meetings <br /> • Next Meeting: Scheduled for November 12,2025,at :00 AM,to review the structural report <br /> and plan issuance of addenda to RFP. <br /> • Proposal Review:To be conducted at originally scheduled meeting on December 2,25(may <br /> adjust as needed). <br />
