MEETING MINUTES <br /> ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2025 <br /> The Conservation Commission issued an Order of Conditions at their last meeting, and approved <br /> the project. <br /> Mr. Morris had no issues with this project. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush, so moved. Mr. Caggiano <br /> second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve 9 Tuspaquin with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Prepared for: Mario and Gina Recupero,Project: 9 Tuspaquin Rd.,Date: March <br /> 25, 2025, Revised: 9/18/25 Add drywells, 10/3/2025: Add additional lot coverage notes. <br /> Prepared by: Cape & Islands Engineering.
