The Board finds that the proposed Modification to the existing Special Permit (SP-92-53), <br /> and(SP-84-10-042)as submitted is not substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood, <br /> and there is adequate land area on the subject lot to provide sufficient parking, and there <br /> are no new nonconformities being created. <br /> Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> 19 Cricket Way: Owners, Nina M. Cocomazzi and Amanda D.
